Careers

Build the chair, not the brochure.

We design, develop and quality-assure powered mobility devices in Perth, and supply them into markets that each have their own regulator. That combination makes for unusually broad engineering and commercial work.

Why DEBAN

Devices, not features

You will work on a physical product that someone uses every day for years. Design decisions show up as whether a person can get out of the house.

Regulated by default

CE, TGA and FDA work is part of engineering here, not a separate department that arrives at the end. You will learn how conformity actually gets built into a design.

Small enough to see the whole thing

Design, quality assurance, regulatory and commercial sit close together in Perth. Scope is broad and ownership is real.
